Designed for small groups of 4–8 girls. Friends, classmates, cousins and other familiar groups often find it especially easy to share and connect together. Four weekly gatherings of approximately two hours each hosted in the comfort of one participating family's home. Includes a personalized Moon Kit (menstruation kit) to decorate and take home.
A gentle rite of passage into womanhood.
First periods are more than a biological milestone—they are the beginning of a lifelong relationship with our bodies. These four-week circles invite girls to explore menstruation through nature, creativity, storytelling, movement and meaningful conversation in a warm, supportive environment.
Together we'll learn about the menstrual cycle, discover practical ways to care for our changing bodies, create beautiful keepsakes, share nourishing food, and prepare for the day each girl chooses to celebrate her own menarche.
Rather than simply learning about periods, girls are invited to build confidence, body literacy and a sense of belonging while discovering that this new chapter deserves to be welcomed with curiosity rather than fear.

Discover how the rhythms of nature mirror the rhythms within us while learning the foundations of the menstrual cycle through creativity and conversation.

Build confidence by exploring emotional wellbeing, body literacy, cycle awareness and practical tools to support each phase.
