Get your tween ready for a significant milestone with our 4-part course on what to know before their first menstruation. With a focus on education and empowerment, this course is designed to help tweens and their parents/caregivers understand and navigate the changes ahead in informative and comfortable sessions. Parents and caretakers are welcome to attend as well, making it an invaluable experience for everyone involved. There will be 4 different sessions. Each session is 2 hours. Price per session is 50 euros per tween. Any parent or caretaker who wants to attend will be an additional 10 euros per person.
